“Competition with Messi (in the hunt for the best player trophy) has not been done yet, it’s just getting started … I’m not competing with Messi, he’s the player I’m facing in the same era,” Ronaldo said.

In this season, Cristiano Ronaldo has scored seven goals from one assists of 10 games throughout the competition. Meanwhile, Lionel Messi gain 15 goals and five assists from 14 matches.
